Today is from the heart. We all have days that are extremely difficult to get through. We need to trust that we are only given what we can handle. Everything comes our way for a reason. I have had many of these in my life and I truely believe each thing made me stronger. As bad as some of it was it made me who I am today.Then there will be a point in your life that all the strength you have aquired over the years will be needed to the extreme. But trust and faith will carry you through. Remember you are strong and amazing! Live for today, not in the past or far in the future.
